my grandmother used to tell me that water has a cleansing power. water not only cleans the dirt and dust but it has the power to cleanse our energy and aura. this is why we feel better after we take bath because it is not just the physical cleansing but also a spiritual cleansing. whenever it rains I can relate to the after effect because I do feel the cleansing effect of rain (purest form of water).

Rain doesn’t change the world; it changes the way we see it. Perhaps that’s why everything feels different—because, for a moment, the noise fades, and we finally hear the thoughts we usually ignore.

I love the rain! it reminds me of my hometown whenever it rains here in the city. I hate getting stuck out in the rain though, but theres something so beautiful about walking in the rain with an umbrella in hand listening to the noise and smelling the petrichor
