this is actually something alot of us do without even noticing we keep thinking, "once I've more time, I'll start" but that perfect free day somehow never comes. I like the point that you don't necessarily need huge amounts of time everyday, even doing something small consistently is better than constantly waiting for the perfect schedule. The part abt wanting to study , exercise , learn & work on goals all at once is WAY TOO RELATABLE
