The ending is actually quite goodthe “three dots are still dancing” callback makes the frustration feel real, and the final realization about accepting uncertainty gives the story a deeper point beyond just a technical issue.
For a Spotlight article, I’d especially keep the “technological Garba” line 😂it adds personality to an otherwise frustrating situation.

lol. I actually felt that time they are performing garba. To ease my frustration, I had been singing 'dholi taro dhol baaje' song and it was going in the perfect synchrony.

That “loading” screen somehow makes the whole situation even more frustrating 😭. I can understand why the message would annoy you when you were already struggling with the platform. Sometimes it’s not even the actual task that gets to you, it’s the constant waiting, technical issues and having to explain the same situation again. Hope the study went more smoothly after this

I can forgive machines and systems that malfunction. Humans with patience thinner than a hairstrand frustrate me more.
