This is a thoughtful reflection on how our definition of “wealth” changes as we grow older. I especially liked the line about having the freedom to spend money but choosing not to—there’s a real difference between being able to afford something and feeling the need to prove that you can afford it. Trends fade, but financial security stays. 🤍

Thanks. When I was a child my thoughts about being wealthy was ability to buy chocolates anytime we want. Even in my prime, I never felt like running behind the labels. I believe the social media is pushing the young generation to chase expensive life.
