I guess it is the darkness that causes this chaos. Night owls like us thrive in the night. All creative ideas decide to barge in at night. The darkness creates a sanctum for creativity. The darkness gives a blank canvas and peaceful environment to prompt us to kick start. Maybe that is what makes us watch 1 more episode or listen to 1 more song.
